This post is part of a new series entitled ‘Picture Perfect’, published because of my wish to showcase some beautiful travel shots from around the world which didn’t quite make it into regular blog posts or which tell a story on their own and need few words, if any, to describe them.
While Hoan Kiem Lake is already beautiful during the day, at weekend nights it becomes particularly so, illuminated by soft lights which flicker and change colour, and lanters which hang from trees and create magical reflections in the water.

Pretty!
Very!
Wow I love the lanterns
Wish I had seen this blog last weekend when I walked past the lake only during the day. Next visit will have to be it.
Yes definitely. The lake is stunning with all those lights!
